AS Automation Services is a sole proprietorship operated by Arron Smithson, located in Bossier City, Louisiana and serving the Shreveport metro area. AS Automation Services is the sole sender of all SMS traffic covered by this policy.
We send SMS text alerts to our paying clients — small trades businesses such as plumbers, electricians, roofers, and HVAC contractors — to notify them when a new lead submits the contact form on their own website. Recipients are business owners who have signed a Scope of Work agreement with AS Automation Services and have provided their mobile phone number specifically for the purpose of receiving these lead alerts. We do not send SMS to the public, to the clients' customers, or to anyone who has not signed the Scope of Work.
Transactional, account-notification messages only. Specifically: "New lead" alerts containing the lead's name, phone number, and a short description of what the lead requested on the client's form. We do not send marketing messages, promotions, affiliate offers, or third-party content. We do not sell, rent, or share our SMS list with anyone.
Frequency varies by each client's inbound lead volume. Typically 1 to 10 messages per week, with occasional higher-volume periods during storm seasons or paid-ad campaigns. We do not send bulk or timed-blast messages — every SMS corresponds to a real, individual form submission on the client's own website.
Each client opts in by signing a written Scope of Work that explicitly authorizes AS Automation Services to send lead-alert SMS to the named mobile phone number. Consent for SMS is separable from the service agreement — clients can decline SMS and use the email-only service tier without losing any other benefit. The consent clause clearly identifies AS Automation Services as the sender, lists the phone number being enrolled, and references the STOP/HELP keywords. The exact clause appears below.
